titleOfInvention Fabrication method of mask for rom type optical recording card and inspection method of mask
abstract This invention relates to a fabrication method of a mask used for writing ROM type data to an optical recording medium of a ROM type optical recording card. The present invention first produces a mother mask having a pre-formatted pattern, then produces a master mask by transferring the pre-formatted pattern of the mother mask and by writing a necessary optical recording pattern and produces a working mask from the master mask. If the pre-formatted pattern is of a writable type, the inspection of the mother mask, the writing or inspection of the master mask and the inspection of the working mask can be made by a read/write device for a writable optical recording card.
