abstract An agent and process for treating damaged plants are useful for treating damage due to environmental influences in soils, in particular cultivable soils, and in plants. The agent contains at least one magnesium salt, at least one carbohydrate, at least one salt of a polyhydroxymono- or dicarboxylic acid, and at least one plant extract. When applied to the soil or the leaves of plants, the agent regenerates the soil to form an ideal isotope and restores the impaired supply of nutrients in the plants.
