abstract | A slit lamp appliance for laser treatment of the eye comprises a slit projector the light from which is deviated through 90 by a deviation device (7) and projected onto the eye (8), and a slit lamp microscope (4) the optical axis of which is level with the optical axis of the slit projector after the deviation device. A laser beam used as a treatment beam and possibly a collimating laser beam are reflected inside the microscope housing. The split lamp appliance disclosed is characterized by the combination of the following features: the deviation device (7) of the slit projector has a glass plate on which a reflecting coating (11) for the light from the slit projector is applied, the glass plate is held on an adjusting plate (13) having at least one magnet (14) by means of at least one metal strip (12) mounted on the glass plate, the adjusting plate can be adjusted by means of at least one adjusting element (16). |
