abstract |
In a process for dosing lipases, an oil drop (4) is formed in the solution (1) to be dosed and the deformation of the oil drop on the needle (3) used to produce it is measured. The lipasic activity of the solution is deduced from the residence time of the oil drop (4) or its rate of deformation. Particularly useful for medical applications. |
