titleOfInvention Infrared immunological dosing
abstract New type of immunological dosing, designated IRIA, employing a tag bearing carbonyl functions linked to at least one metal. Also a means of detecting the tag, in the form of an infrared spectroscopic device with a Fourier transform. Also an IR spectroscopic device with a Fourier transform, comprising, separately or in combination, the following elements : an InSb detector; a reduced spectral window; a cell with a long light trajectory and of small diameter; a liquid dosing sample with preferably one solvent which absorbs little or nothing in the region 2200-1800 cm-1.
