A method of obtaining a solid nutrient medium for cultivation of microorganisms consists in copolymerization of acrylamide and N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide in the presence of branched polyacrylamide of an average mole mass of 7.2.10?4, their mass ratio being 7.0-15.0:0.11-0.21:0.028-0.11, respectively, and in the presence of an initiator in the physiological salt solution until a gel is obtained, and in its subsequent washing and saturation with a nutrient substrate. |
