abstract |
An electrically conductive layer (2) and an oxidation-reduction functional layer (3) made of an electrolytically polymerized 2,6-dimethylphenol film are applied to an insulating substrate (1) and an immobilized enzyme layer (7) is further provided thereon. The resulting enzymatic electrode exhibits a potential response and moreover, since adhesion strength of the immobilized enzyme layer is high, drift is small at high sensitivity and the service life is long. An ion-selective field effect transistor can be used in place of the insulating substrate (1). |
