abstract A tamper-proof capsule, a tamper-proof capsule insert (10), and a method for making plural chamber hard cap and body type capsules each consisting of two or more cooperational separately formed component capsules, dissimilar in transverse cross section, which are fixed in position relative to each other, having at least one inner component capsule (21) positioned within an outer capsule; providing thereby plural chamber capsules, each having at least one transparent, clear, or translucent body part chamber (15) to contain medicament or any other desired substance or device, and at least one other transparent, clear, or translucent body part chamber to contain a cooperational ingestible, disintegratable capsule insert device (10) which it externally visible to the sighted user or consumer, providing thereby a tamper-evident capsule. The device will be useful to prevent contamination of medicament capsules.
