Interleukin |
abstract |
A new interleukin called eosinophil differentiation factor has both eosinophil differentiation activity (EDA) and also B cell growth promoting activity of B cell growth factor II. Interleukins of both mouse and human origin have been sequenced and found to be substantially homologous and to have EDA in both mouse and human bone marrow cells. The interleukin is a glycoprotein with a mean MW of about 46000 containing a polypeptide of mean MW about 30000. |
