abstract Deoxynucleoside phosphoramidites are prepared in good yield from doexynucleosides, bis-dialkylamino-phosphines, with the corresponding dialkylamine hydrotetrazolide or tetrazole as catalyst for the reaction. These phosphoramidites generated in situ lead to the direct synthesis of deoxyoligonucleotides on polymer supports.
