abstract Method for the determination of antibodies, in which method fluorescent (6) and magnetic particles (5) are added to the sample, antigen of the antibody (3) to be determined being placed on the surface of each of the sorts of particles. In an immunological reaction, fluorescent particles adhere to the magnetic particles by the intermediate of the antibody. After the reaction the magnetic particles are pulled by means of a magnet into a separation layer (2), out of which the fluorescence is measured.
