titleOfInvention Process for determining an optimum slip value
abstract Process for determining an optimum slip value lambda for at least one vehicule wheel in order to optimally adjust the breaking force. To this effect, at least the wheel speed is measured and the vehicule speed is determined. By modifying the breaking pressure and the slippage during the travel, combinations of signals for the wheel speed, the breaking pressure and the ground contact force are determined and entered in a given function VR(K+1). For the resultant equation system, it is possible to determine the coefficients alphan from which may then be deducted the coefficients an of a general description of the slip curve mu. These coefficients an enable to set the slip curve mu and its peak. It is then possible to deduce the respective optimum slip lambda.
