titleOfInvention | Method of producing cement product with superior mechanical strength |
abstract | A method of producing a cement molded product based on the results of the inventor's research. The method includes the steps of molding cement, preliminary hardening the molded cement by hydration, and then carrying out the final hardening of the molded cementby hydration. When a high-temperature calcining step is inserted between the preliminary and final hardening steps, it is possible to obtain an excellent product exhibiting a greater mechanical strength than that produced by the conventional method which does include the high temperature sintering step of the hardened cement. This method comprises the steps of sequentially kneading sufficiently stock material obtained by mixing cement with an aggregate, adding water to the mixture, and also adding reinforcing material such as glass fibers or the like as required, molding the kneaded material into a desired shape, preliminarily hardening the molded material by hydration, calcining the hardened material thus obtained at the preliminarily hardening step at high temperature, and substantially hardening the calcined material sufficiently by hydration to thereby produce the cement product having superior mechanical strength. |
