titleOfInvention | Original plate for dampening water-free lithography and process for making printing plate using same |
abstract | Original humidification plate in a lithographic process, comprising a laminate of a support (1), an optional adhesive substrate (2), a photosensitive layer (3), an ink repellant layer consisting of an atom metallic (6) having a principal quantum number equal to at least 3 to increase a bonding force to this photosensitive layer (3) and an organopolysiloxane compound (7) or a perfluoroalkyl compound (7) having a functional group bonded to this metallic atom (6), and an optional cover film (5). The method for producing a lithographic printing plate for humidification without water consists in delaminating the covering film (5), if it is present, in bringing in close contact with this original plate a negative or positive film, exposing it with actinic rays, and developing it with a solvent, thus forming ink-accepting parts (11) from which the photosensitive layer and the ink-repelling layer have been removed by dissolving them, and ink repellant parts (12) where the photosensitive layer and the ink repellant layer remain undissolved. |
