New medicinal product consisting of an aprotinin-plasmin complex, in which aprotinin and plasmin are present in a ratio which may vary from approximately 1/1 to 2/1. Process for the preparation of this complex, which consists in bringing plasmin or its precursor, namely plasminogen associated with an activator, into contact with aprotinin, in appropriate quantities, in an appropriate solvent, and in purifying the aprotinin complex -plasmin obtained by passage through a Sepharose-lysine column. Application as a medicine for fibrinolytic treatments. |
