abstract Revealers of liquid electrostatic images forming self-fixing images on a surface for supporting electrostatic images which may be the surface where the image is formed. The developer comprises a plurality of particles consisting of a compatible mixture of at least one polyester resin and at least one polyester plasticizer. The plasticizer contains essentially no polymerizable group and is insoluble in the liquid support. In addition to the self-fixing characteristic, the images obtained by means of certain preferential developers containing dispersed dyes are resistant to cracks.
