titleOfInvention Electronically monitored resistance exercising method and apparatus
abstract Training apparatus (20, 60) and method comprising a closed loop system which controls the activity of a person exercising and directs this activity by displaying (Figures 4 and 5) the correlation of this activity with a programmed diet . Body parts of the person doing the exercises cooperate with the apparatus (20, 60), which preferably guides the person in exercising the whole range while monitoring and displaying a representation of the work performed during the movements of the body. 'exercise. Specific devices (Figures 2, 3, 6 and 10) for using a force exerted by one part of the body to form a resistance to be overcome by another part of the body are illustrated and described, as well as a device (Figures 6 and 7 ) to control the use of multiple devices in order to control a complete physiological development program.
