A composition having excellent transparency, impact resistance, and heat sealing properties at low temperatures, as well as improved resistance and increased flexural strength at its heat sealed portions, which composition consists of a mixture of at least two ethylene- (Alpha) -olefin copolymers rich in ethylene (A) and (B): (A) 95 to 45% by weight of a copolymer of ethylene and o -olefine from C5 to C10, which has a melt index of 0.1 to 20g / 10min, a density of 0.910 to 0.940g / cm3, a crystallinity of 40 to 70% (measured by X-ray analysis), one point from 1 to 130 ° C, and an ethylene concentration of 94 to 99.5 mol%; and (B) 5 to 60% by weight of a copolymer of ethylene and (Alpha) -olefine from C3 to C10, which has a melt index of 0.1 to 50 g / 10 min, a density of 0.870 to 0.900 g / cm3, a crystallinity of 5 to 40% (measured by X-ray analysis), a melting point of 40 to 100 C, and an ethylene concentration of 85 to 95 mol%. |
