2-(2-chloro-4-cyclopropyl-phenyl-imino)-imidazolidin having the formula: (FORMULA) and the acid addition salts thereof. The compound may be prepared by reaction of a N-(2-chloro-4-cyclopropyl-phenyl)-urea, respectively -thiourea or an isouronium salt or respectively isothiouronium with ethylene diamine. The substance slows down the heart beat frequency and may be used in the treatment of coronary diseases. |
