A hose comprising an internal supporting tube (1) and an external protecting envelope (2) both made of an elastic material, at least two pairs (3) and (4) of reinforcing layers (5), (6) and (7), (8) embedded between them and laid on each other and an interlayer (10) made of a non-metallic fabric placed directly onto the surface of the supporting tube (1) and serving for even distribution of stresses arising between the supporting tube (1) and the pairs (3) and (4) of the reinforcing layers (5), (6) and (7), (8) during the exploitation of the hose. Each of the reinforcing layers (5), (6) and (7), (8) is designed as a family of spirally wound interparallel cords (9), whereas each pair (3) and (4) of the reinforcing layers (5), (6) and (7), (8) is designed as a pair of families of symmetrically wound cords (9). The angle of helix of the cords (9) of the lower pair (3) of the reinforcing layers (5) and (6) in relation to the hose geometrical axis is more than the angle of helix of the cords (9) of the upper pair (4) of the reinforcing cords (7) and (8). |
