titleOfInvention Fluoropolyether-based curable composition and cured product, and electric/electronic component
abstract Provided is a fluoropolyether-based curable composition comprising: (A) a perfluoropolyether compound having at least two alkenyl groups per molecule; (B) a fluorinated organohydrosilane compound represented by general formula (1) and having at least two hydrosilyl groups (in the formula, Rf represents a monovalent perfluoropolyether group; A represents a bivalent organic group; R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group; x represents 1 to 3; B represents a monovalent organic group having a diorganohydrosilyl group and forms a silalkylene structure in conjunction with a silicon atom to which B is linked; and y represents 1 or 2); and (C) a platinum-group metal-based catalyst. The fluoropolyether-based curable composition can provide a cured article that has durability against hydrofluoric acid or an electrolyte solution for lithium ion batteries, does not undergo the formation of uncured portions due to the poor compatibility between the constituent components and has satisfactory mold-release properties.
