abstract | This scroll compressor (100) has: a tubular shell (1); a fixed scroll (31) secured to the inner wall surface of the shell; an oscillating scroll (32) that, together with the fixed scroll, forms a compression chamber therebetween; and a frame (2) that is secured to the inner wall surface of the shell, holds the orbiting scroll so as to orbit freely, and is arranged so as to form, together with the fixed scroll, a refrigerant intake space (37) through which refrigerant heading to the compression chamber passes, said frame being penetrated by an intake port (213) connected to the refrigerant intake space. The connection portion (2133) of the intake port and the refrigerant intake space is surrounded by the outer peripheral wall (219) of the frame and the inner wall surface (114) of the shell. |
