Provided is a method for improving efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. The method comprises: using the drug Tongxinluo to pretreat mesenchymal stem cells, wherein improving efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction comprises increasing the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR4. By pretreating mesenchymal stem cells using Tongxinluo, cells having enhanced anti-apoptotic ability and enhanced directional migration ability and mesenchymal stem cells that can improve the microenvironment after myocardial infarction, reduce the infarction area, and improve cardiac function can be prepared. |
