abstract Disclosed is a makeup finishing composition having high film-forming performance, comprising: a) at least one type of polyurethane A) which may be obtained by reacting one or more types of water-insoluble, water-nondispersible isocyanate functional polyurethane prepolymer A1) with one or more types of amino-functional compounds A2); and b) at least one type of polymethyl silicone resin B). By means of a technology combining polyurethane with a polymethyl silicone resin, the present invention improves the compatibility of the silicone resin with a skin and the durability of a foundation, particularly the durability after four to eight hours, thereby achieving the effect of makeup retention. The present invention provides high film-forming performance and makeup persistence in a normal environment, has good wash-off properties and excellent film hardness, and provides a comfortable skin feeling.
