abstract |
Disclosed are a carbonyl sulfide hydrolysis catalyst and a preparation method therefor. The carbonyl sulfide hydrolysis catalyst is prepared by means of a raw material comprising the following components: 60-85 parts by weight of γ-Al2O3; 1-5 parts by weight of a titanium-containing substance; 3-20 parts by weight of a potassium oxide precursor; 1-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol; 0.3-5 parts by weight of carboxymethyl cellulose; 2-10 parts by weight of ammonium bicarbonate; and 3-15 parts by weight of a binder. The carbonyl sulfide hydrolysis catalyst has a high carbonyl sulfide hydrolysis rate at a low temperature, and can reduce the occurrence of a sulfur deposition phenomenon. |
