titleOfInvention | Ultrasound molecular composite imaging method for dual-targeted tumor |
abstract | An ultrasound molecular composite imaging method for a dual-targeted tumor. The method comprises: sequentially performing blasting under the critical sound pressure of an MB with a soft shell and an MB with a hard shell by using a tumor blood vessel dual-targeted imaging agent; and respectively obtaining two targeted blood pool imaging signals by using blood pool reperfusion signals. The tumor blood vessel dual-targeted imaging agent comprises two ultrasound contrast agents having different shell hardnesses and capable of withstanding different ultrasound sound pressure threshold values, wherein the two ultrasound contrast agents having different shell hardnesses and capable of withstanding different ultrasound sound pressure threshold values are respectively an MB with a soft shell and an MB with a hard shell. By means of the ultrasound molecular composite imaging method for a dual-targeted tumor, ultrasound signals of different targets can be effectively separated, thereby developing new ideas for the early diagnosis of a tumor, the evaluation of the degree of vascularization at the stage of a tumor and the evaluation of a treatment effect; and non-invasive ultrasound molecular imaging monitoring during a tumor angiogenesis process can be implemented, thereby providing important help for the early diagnosis and accurate treatment of a tumor, or even for the prediction of a biological behavior of the tumor. |
