titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent materials containing b-n fused rings, and applications thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a series of organic electroluminescent materials containing B-N fused rings. The structures of the organic electroluminescent materials are represented by formula (I), and have 100% internal quantum efficiency on the basis of TADF principle. The multi-resonance effect between B-N is utilized, the half-wave width is narrow, and better color purity is shown. With the introduction of indole (3,2,1-JK) carbazole, the multi-resonance effect is enhanced in only one step, and the luminous efficiency and color purity are significantly improved. Moreover, the compound has good thermal stability, and meets the requirements of OLED panels for luminescent materials. Also provided is an organic electroluminescent device, in which at least one of organic layers contains the compound of structural formula (I). |
