abstract A waste heat utilization device for use in production of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, comprising a first fixed member. A second fixed member is movably connected to the top of the first fixed member, and a third fixed member is movably connected to the top of the second fixed member; both the tops and the bottoms of the first fixed member and the second fixed member are not closed, and the bottom of the third fixed member is not closed; one side of the third fixed member is communicated with a first fixed pipe member, and the other side of the third fixed member is communicated with a second fixed pipe; and first sponge layers are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the first fixed member, the second fixed member, and the third fixed member. In the present utility model, waste heat in the production process of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene can fully be collected and utilized, the collection effect is good, the use of the waste heat is more fully ensured, and a resource saving effect is achieved; disassembly and assembly are facilitated, such that it is convenient for a user to carry; the practicability is strong.
