abstract |
Provided is a chimeric immunoglobulin. The chimeric immunoglobulin is obtained by fusing a first polypeptide and a second polypeptide, wherein the first polypeptide comprises an IgG variable region located at an N terminus, and the second polypeptide comprises IgA CH2-CH3 regions located at a C-terminus, or IgM CH3-CH4 regions. The immunoglobulin has a higher titer and still has a higher titer when coated to a solid phase as compared with an IgG monomer having a same valence, and thus can be widely applied to the field of detection. |
