The present invention relates to a microfluidic device, a method for culturing cells in the microfluidic device, and a drug screening method, wherein the microfluidic device provides an environment suitable for tumor spheroids by imitating the structure and function of 2-dimensional-3-dimensional connective tissue or 3-dimensional spheroids and blood vessels, and thus can be used in place of animal models as an in vitro model for developing targeted treatments for cancer and new drugs or the like. |
