titleOfInvention Cell culture device
abstract Provided is a cell culture device capable of mass culturing stem cells while preventing occurrence of karyotype abnormalities due to the influence of magnetism. The present invention has: a cell culture container that is a substantially cylindrical body having a flat bottom portion at the lower end; a substantially disc-shaped dish body that includes a plurality of first magnetized bodies equally spaced at a peripheral portion thereof, and that is horizontally provided in a noncontact state in a hollow space of the cell culture container; and a ring body that includes a plurality of magnetized bodies and that is located outside the cell culture container and causes the cell culture container to be located inside the ring. The ring body and the dish body are moved upward and downward in association with each other by magnetic force, whereby a medium is stirred and nutrients are supplied to cells. The present invention has a storage part that is made of a ferromagnetic material and in which the ring body is stored after being moved down below the bottom portion of the cell culture container.
