abstract The invention relates to an ostomy system for a controlled discharge of intestinal contents into a stoma bag using an artificial intestinal outlet (stoma). The system is characterized in that it comprises a controllable intestinal closure device which is arranged in the interior of the body and an intracorporeal base which contains the artificial intestinal outlet, is arranged in the interior of the body, and is secured to the skin and/or abdominal wall, and the system has an extracorporeal base which sealingly lies against the intestinal outlet from the exterior of the body, wherein the intracorporeal base is held so as to sealingly contact the extracorporeal base by means of magnets.
