The present invention relates to a method and kit for detecting and screening an N439K mutation of novel coronavirus, the method comprising: extracting nucleic acid to obtain a nucleic acid to be tested; carrying out an amplification reaction by using a designed primer to obtain a nucleic acid amplification product; and preparing a CRISPR reaction mixture, adding 2 μL of the nucleic acid amplification product to a first CRISPR reaction mixture or a second CRISPR reaction mixture, incubating at 37°C for 30 minutes, and then reading a detection result by means of fluorescence. |
