abstract | The invention relates to a photopolymerizable composition based on acrylic resins from polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) production waste, which can be used in the manufacture of sheet materials for use as front panels in LED outdoor advertising. The technical result of the invention is an improvement in the physical, mechanical and optical characteristics of a hardened sheet material, as well as the uniform hardening of the composition without the formation of defects in the hardened sheet material. The claimed composition contains an acrylic monomer; polymethyl methacrylate production waste; a hydrophobic oil having a kinematic viscosity in the range of 50-400 cST; an emulsifier (surfactant); a photopolymerization initiator from the class of compounds including: benzoin ethers, benzyl ketals, α-aminoalkyl phenons, hydroxyalkyl phenons, and from the group containing phosphine oxides; titanium dioxide; and stearic acid in the following proportions by weight: 15-45 wt% polymethyl methacrylate production waste; 0.1-2 wt% hydrophobic oil; 0.05-3 wt% emulsifier (surfactant); 0.2-5 wt% photopolymerization initiator; 0.01-3 wt% titanium dioxide; 0.05-2 wt% stearic acid; and the balance acrylic monomer. |
