titleOfInvention Use of long-chain non-coding rna-neat1, and adeno-associated virus overexpressing rna-neat1 and use thereof
abstract Provided are the use of long-chain non-coding RNA-NEAT1, and sgRNA and an adeno-associated virus overexpressing RNA-NEAT1 and the use thereof, which belong to the technical field of medicines. Provided is the use of the long-chain non-coding RNA-NEAT1 in the preparation of a drug for treating Fuchs' endothelial corneal dystrophy. The overexpression of the long-chain non-coding RNA-NEAT1 can effectively reduce corneal endothelial injury and relieve corneal edema symptoms, and the long-chain non-coding RNA-NEAT1 can be used for treating Fuchs' endothelial corneal dystrophy.
