The present invention provides a method for preparing polymer-coated inorganic particles using a heterogeneous solution. A polymer is obtained by reaction of components A and B. The preparation method specifically comprises: weighing an organic solvent and putting same in a reaction device I, adding component B into the reaction device I, and stirring to uniformly mix the organic solvent and component B, thereby obtaining a homogeneous solution; continuing stirring and adding inorganic particles, and enabling uniform dispersion, thereby obtaining an inorganic particle-component B mixture system; weighing the organic solvent and putting same in a reaction device II, adding component A insoluble in the organic solvent into the reaction device II, and stirring well, thereby obtaining a dispersion system; heating the inorganic particle-component B mixture system to 70-80°C, adding the dispersion system of component A drop by drop while stirring, and stirring until a clear liquid appears at an upper layer of a reaction system and a precipitate is produced at the bottom; and separating the resulting precipitate, i.e., polymer-coated inorganic particles. The method is short in operation period, simple and fast, high in reaction speed, and capable of achieving mass production, and has an important prospect for industrial application. |
