The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing cancer and predicting a cancer type by using cell-free nucleic acid fragments and an image analysis technology, and, more particularly, to a method for diagnosing cancer and predicting a cancer type by using a method, which allows nucleic acids to be extracted from a biological sample to generate images comprising information about the size and coverage of nucleic acid fragments on the basis of reads aligned by obtaining sequence information, and then allows the images to be input into a trained artificial intelligence model to analyze a calculated value. The method for diagnosing cancer and predicting a cancer type by using information about the size and coverage of cell-free nucleic acid fragments, according to the present invention, allows vectorized data to be generated and analysis to be performed using an AI algorithm, and thus exhibits high sensitivity and accuracy, thereby being useful. |
