abstract The present invention relates to a receptor tyrosine-protein kinase ErbB3-specific chimeric antigen receptor, an immune cell comprising same and a use thereof. The chimeric antigen receptor, according to the present invention, expresses excellent affinity and binding force toward ErbB3, and the immune cell expressing the chimeric antigen receptor exhibits excellent cytotoxicity against cancer cells expressing ErbB3 and thus may be usefully employed for immune cell therapy for cancer treatment.
