Non-alcoholic fatty liver artificial tissue model |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a non-alcoholic fatty liver artificial tissue model. Compared to the prior art in which tissues are cultured only in Matrigel or an extracellular matrix derived from acellular liver tissue, by including a device comprising an extracellular matrix derived from acellular liver tissue and a plurality of microchannels, the present invention can better mimic an actual non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by comprising Kupffer cells and hepatic stellate cells. The present invention has the effect that the growth of liver organoids is not only improved but also fat accumulation and inflammation in the liver organoids are caused to appropriately occur through free fatty acid treatment, and the phenotype of a non-alcoholic fatty liver can be better expressed. |
