abstract Disclosed is a valve clip removal system, comprising: a capture channel, a resection channel, a capture and fixing device (200) and a resection device (300), wherein the capture channel is configured to be placed near a valve clip; the resection channel is configured to be placed near a valve clamped by the valve clip; the capture and fixing device (200) is configured to pass through the capture channel and capture the valve clip; and the resection device (300) is configured, after the valve clip is captured, to pass through the resection channel and be placed near the valve, and to resect at least part of the valve so as to remove the valve clip. The valve clip removal system of the present invention realizes the removal of the valve clip through a system design, is simple in operation process, and is used for preparing a patient for a subsequent operation, such as a transcatheter valve replacement.
