abstract |
The present invention relates to a large-area ultra-thin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film and a preparation method therefor and belongs to the field of macromolecule processing. Provided is a method for preparing a large-area ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene ultra-thin film, the method comprising the following steps: 1) stirring and melt-blending ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, a solvent and an antioxidant to form a homogeneous suspension; 2) extruding or banburying the suspension, and then carrying out compression molding to obtain a gel film; and 3) subjecting the obtained gel film to stretching, annealing, extraction and drying treatments to obtain a large-area ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film. Provided in the present invention is a method for preparing a large-area ultra-thin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film, whereby a large-area ultra-thin ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film with a thickness of 70-200 nanometers and an area greater than or equal to 0.6 square meters can be obtained, and the obtained film has a relatively high strength and stability. |
