Perturbed genomic expression in pretemplated instant partitions |
abstract |
This invention provides methods for near-instantaneously separating cells that have undergone RNA guided genome modifications into pre-templated instant partitions (PIPs) and using the PIPs to associate the guide RNAs with the gene expression level changes that resulted from the genome modification. This invention provides methods for single cell gene expression analysis that greatly reduce the complexity and cost of gene expression sequencing and cancer detection. |
