abstract |
Disclosed in the present invention are a near-infrared cyanine colorimetric fluorescent probe, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof, wherein the structural formula of the probe is as shown in formula (I). The fluorescent probe can identify and detect N2H4 in a mixed solution of anhydrous ethanol and a PBS buffer by means of fluorescence and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra. The probe has high selectivity and sensitivity in terms of identifying N2H4, has a strong anti-interference ability, and has a very low detection limit; and the fluorescent probe can be used to detect environmental pollution or the metabolite N2H4 of an anti-tuberculosis drug in-vitro and in-vivo. |
