abstract The present invention relates to the technical field of nanofiltration pretreatment. Specifically disclosed are a novel functional nanofiber back-washable precise filter cartridge filtering apparatus and method. The apparatus comprises an intermediate water tank, an intermediate lifting pump, a functional nanofiber precise filtering apparatus, an air compressor, a bactericide, an alkali liquid, a backwashing pump, and produced water. The present invention can effectively alleviate the problems that a traditional precise safety filter is low in process operation efficiency and poor in treatment effect, and needs to be frequently replaced; the high permeability, good anti-pollution performance, and efficient antibacterial performance of a functional nanofiber membrane can effectively ensure that the relevant parameters of micro-organic polluted surface water pretreated by the functional nanofiber membrane can stably satisfy the water inlet requirement of a nanofiltration membrane after being subjected to the conventional treatment processes of a water plant, i.e., pre-sedimentation and flocculation/sand filtration and water output; in addition, compared with a traditional precise safety filter cartridge, a functional nanofiber back-washable filter cartridge apparatus has the advantages of being higher in filtering precision, lower in operation cost, and longer in service life.
