abstract | Disclosed in the present application are a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises a display area, an optical element area and a transition area, as well as a substrate; a thin-film transistor layer, which is disposed on one side of the substrate and comprises at least one undercut structure in the transition area, the undercut structure comprising at least one inorganic layer and an organic layer, and at least one inorganic layer being provided on the side of the organic layer distant from the substrate. The orthographic projection of the organic layer on the substrate is located within the orthographic projection of the inorganic layer, which is close to the organic layer and is distant from one side of the substrate, on the substrate. |
