Conjugates of an active agent attached to a targeting moiety, such as an Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) binding moiety, via a linker, and formulations comprising such conjugates have been designed. Methods of making and using the conjugates and the formulations thereof are also provided. In some embodiments, the active agent is a Bromodomain and Extra-Terminal motif (BET) inhibitor such as a Bromodomain-containing protein 4 (BRD4) inhibitor. |
