Accurate three-dimensional immunodiagnostics based on detection signal control |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a kit for detection of a disease-specific marker and a method for detection of a disease-specific marker by using same, wherein the detection of a disease-specific marker is accomplished by accurate immunodiagnostics in which immunodiagnosis using a protein nanoparticle-based three-dimensional detection probe is concurrently associated with gold particle formation by gold ion reduction under a liquid phase condition to realize self-amplification of detection signals while time points of detection signal generation are adjusted by utilizing viscosity controlling factors of the liquid phase, and thus the generation of false-positive signals can be reduced using metal ions that is not causative of detection signal interference. |
