(i) The bonding molecule directly interacts with Asp12 in variant RAS (G12D), and (ii) the bonding molecule interacts with a Switch2 region in variant RAS (G12D), and with regard to the variant RAS (G12D), intramolecular interaction is exhibited between the Switch2 region and Asp12 in the variant RAS (G12D). Such a molecule may be a promising candidate compound for the treatment and/or prevention of a disease related to the expression of variant RAS (G12D).
