abstract The present invention relates to an ionic polymer-reinforced wood-plastic coated profile, which belongs to the field of composite board preparation. An ionic polymer-reinforced wood-plastic coating profile, comprising a metal core material and a coating layer on the periphery of the metal core material. The coating layer comprises polyolefin resin and ionic polymerization resin. The weight fraction of the polyolefin resin is not less than 60%, and the weight fraction of the ionic polymerization resin is 20%-30%. In the present invention, the coating layer is prepared by using the polyolefin resin as a main material and the ionic polymerization resin as a modified material. The ionic polymerization resin increases the wear resistance and oil stain resistance of the polyolefin resin, and enhances the adhesion between the polyolefin resin and metal. The polyolefin resin increases the physical strength of the ionic polymerization resin at a high temperature, and under the interaction of the two, the coating layer has excellent physical properties. Furthermore, the coating layer and the metal core material are firmly bonded.
