abstract |
The present invention relates to: a recombinant expression vector having inserted therein a gene expressing ligand which binds to a receptor of a colon cancer cell in a gene expressed by means of an extracellular vesicle of a stem cell; a pharmaceutical composition comprising an extracellular vesicle transformed by means of the expression vector; and a method for preparing the expression vector for preventing or treating colon cancer. The present invention has an advantage of utilizing an exosome, as an extracellular vesicle, as a drug carrier material to be selectively bound to a colon cancer cell which is a target cell, and enable a specific action targeting the colon cancer cell. |
